Important: don't confuse this with D&D auditing. D&D runs on a gain-share model (you pay 25% only on the amount actually recovered, see D&D pricing). Cargo Intelligence generates a different kind of value -- saved time and fewer errors -- which is harder to tie directly to one recovered sum, so a fixed monthly subscription applies here instead.

What happens if I go over my monthly document limit?
The service is not interrupted. Each extra document costs €0.35 -- a soft limit, not a hard cutoff.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, any time -- the new plan applies from the next billing cycle.
How long are documents stored?
The original document is stored for 12 months from upload, then automatically deleted. Extracted data and history remain in your account for as long as the service is active.
